Job Description
Key Responsibility
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers, including updates, backups, and user management.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Implement security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus programs to safeguard company data
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and problem resolutions.
Preferred Skills
• Certification in relevant IT areas like MCSE or CCNA is a plus
• Strong Communication, Coordination & Customer interaction skills
• Good knowledge troubleshooting Linux Cluster related issues.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
