Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration:
• Managing and Monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure according to requirement
• Ensure all the systems, softwares, projector, etc are working
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating
• systems, application software and system management tools
• Participate in the design of information and operational support system
• Troubleshooting hardware, operating system, printer, LAN network issues, Wifi issues
• Configuring and troubleshooting printers, scanners, laptop, desktop, etc
• Installation of operating system, other required software's, printer, Remote, CCTV, etc and providing the support if any issues faced during its operation
• IT Resource Allotment and Discontinuation:
• Ensuring new employees get Laptop/ Desktop, Email ID,
• Access Card, Access to Printer, SIM Card, etc as approved by HOD and HR.
• Deactivating/ Diverting Email Id of exit employees to respective persons, Discontinuing access to Portals if any,
• Collecting the SIM Card, Access card, etc on employee exit
• Hardware and Software Management:
• Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
• Provide specific detailed information of hardware and software selection.
Access Control & Security:
• Ensure security through access controls, back ups and firewalls.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data back ups when required.
• Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
• Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email application.
• Maintain asset and access master of HO and Warehouse employees
• Carefully monitoring access control and biometric system adherence
Email:
• Deletion/Diverting the emails of exit employees.
• Creation of email ids for new employees.
• Sign on employees exit that all the assets are handover to the company.
• Incoming employees checklist: Access to printer, colour printer access to be given or not, SIM card, ID creation,
• Laptop/Desktop, What access are being given and what shouldn't be allotted
Maintenance:
• Regular maintenance of the assets like projector, systems,telephones.
• AMCs of licensee, software's, cables, assets and its renewal.
