Job Description

Participate in developing strategies for IT infrastructure growth and improvement

Design, install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks

Perform routine system updates, patches, and security configurations.

Deploy and manage virtualized environments on site using technologies such

as Hyper-V

Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure, particularly

AWS & Azure

Ensure the integration and interoperability of cloud and on-premises systems

Administration support for Microsoft Exchange

Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and availability

High Level Troubleshooting - Handle escalated issues that require advanced

technical expertise

Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans

Perform regular data backups and verify their integrity

Coordinate recovery operations in case of data loss or system failure

Manage network communication Devices (Firewall, Routers, switches, etc.)

Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations,changes, and

procedures

Generate regular reports on system performance, issues, and improvements

Administration support for office 365

Managing Cortex XDR security solution

UPS setup and configuration

Schedule and perform regular maintenance on Tape Library equipment and

ensure the integrity and security of data stored on tapes

Manage Access Control Systems

Coordinating with local vendors for equipment as and when required

Following up with the local vendors to resolve equipment failures, ensure the
