JD for the IT support engineer for the center operation, the candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience IT support role with handling the below listed activities. This role needs to commute and manage to multiple centers in the given region • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware such as Laptops and Desktops
• Hands on experience of CCTV and Surveillance Systems
• Knowledge of IT operations
• Desktop hardware and software asset management
• Configuration and repairing of local area network (LAN) and infrastructure.
• Good Knowledge in Operating Systems Microsoft Windows and Linux
• Configuration of Antivirus, Outlook configuration
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations with basic knowledge in Firewall and antivirus management
• Provide technical support to users for operating systems, hardware, internal systems
