Total System Administration


System support business/ sales, service team members


System trouble- shoot all errors to perform diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues


Co- ordinating with Developers, IT Service Providers, Server providers etc.


System monitoring, integration and maintenance.


Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure and Channel Partners/ Staff


Perform or delegate regular System backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data security/ protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures


Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions


Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.


Customers', Channel Partners' delight.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering preferably with Master's Diploma/ Degree in Management with working experience in similar industry for 3-5years.


Preference will be given to professionals already have experience in EV Two- wheeler segment. Physically fit to undertake onsite/ travel and preferably vaccinated. Male candidates are welcome to apply.
