Roles and responsibilities :
Having knowledge solving the problem through Remote Desktop Connection, Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and installation of Desktops, Laptops. In the event of Hardware& Software Failure
Troubleshooting windows7, 8, and 10.
Troubleshooting Hardware issues
Troubleshooting software problems
Installing& Configuring Antivirus.
Knowledge on file and print sharing
Dispatching teams to respective teams with proper log notes
Installing hardware components.
Formatting and installing operating systems and Windows servers
Configuring and troubleshooting printers
Configuration Microsoft Outlook mail accounts and Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook mail issues; Administration of mailboxes and user account
Configuring MDM support in android tabs and mobiles.
Networking:
Configuring LAN & Wi-Fi.
Roles & Responsibilities of OSI Model.
Managing &Trouble Shooting network problems.
