: Roles & Responsibilities- Resolve hardware, software, and O/S-related problems of users. Understanding the users\' problems attend it and providing solutions in the shortest period of time. Maintaining logs/issues related to hardware and o/s Problem-solving attitude while interacting with end users. Incidental/specific duties assigned by the head of the department. Need to develop software for the organization as per requirement. Check the Server, any hardware, or networking issue that needs to resolve to the best of your knowledge, and keep the IT infrastructure up and running.
