• System setup and configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM systems, email marketing tools, website analytics platforms, and other relevant software.
• Data management: Ensuring data integrity by managing data flows between different marketing systems, performing data cleansing, and creating data structures for effective analysis.
• Campaign execution: Setting up and managing automated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing workflows, email sequences, and landing pages.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Tracking key marketing metrics, generating reports on campaign effectiveness, and identifying areas for optimization.
• Technical support: Troubleshooting technical issues related to marketing systems, providing user training, and resolving system-related queries from marketing team members.
• Integration management: Integrating marketing systems with other company systems like ERP or CRM to ensure data consistency and streamlined workflows.
• Security and compliance: Implementing security measures to protect sensitive marketing data and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
