Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate System Administrator with 1-3years of experience to join our Corporate IT team. The successful candidate willprovide first-line support to internal employees, ensuring prompt and efficientresolution of IT-related issues. This role requires good problem-solving skills,customer service orientation, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical support requests
from employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network,
and system issues.
User Support: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of
desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user
interactions in the ticketing system.
Training: Provide training and support for new software and technology
rollouts.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to escalate andresolve complex issues.
Asset Management: Assist in managing IT assets and inventory.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support
role. Ready to work in flexible 24x7 Shift Environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or a related field preferred.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop
Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Working Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Linux, Mac OS, MS
Office Suite, Active Directory (AD) users account management, and commonenterprise software applications.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
