But you\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with a diverse group of talented people and gain invaluable management and organizational skills, which will come in handy as you move forward in your career.As a Middleware administrator, you are responsible for infrastructure and product support for various middleware & dev-ops components like Apache Tomcat, WEBLOGIC, JBOSS , IHS, MQ, UCD, WebSEAL, TDS LDAP, Ansible, Shell, Python, & Redhat OpenShift (cloud) across various accounts.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWork with Developers and Architects in developing middleware configurations based on requirements.Identify and apply innovative technologies to update existing middleware.Create and maintain documentation for middleware installations, changes and upgrades.Train Junior Engineers on middleware updates and new installations.Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades.Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in timely and accurate manner to improve application performance and functionality.Develop and implement strategies for migration, consolidation, and upgrade of middleware components.Evaluate system architecture and make recommendations as required.Develop and implement standard processes for installation, maintenance and enhancement of middleware applications.Responsible for deploying enterprise applications from Admin console and enabling security using LTPA and LDAP for Admin console and application components on Windows.Responsible for Three Different WebSphere environments with WAS version being 6.0/6.1/7.0/8.0/8.5.Responsible for deploying enterprise applications from Admin console and enabling security usingYour future at Kyndryl

And finally, you\xe2\x80\x99re open and borderless \xe2\x80\x93 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise10+ Years of Technical Hands-On experienceInstallation, Configuration and Administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server system 6.0/6.1/7.0/8.0/8.5 and IBM HTTP server 6.0/6.1/7.0/8.0/8.5 on Linux, AIX and Windows platform.Involved in complete infrastructure setup and configuration which included WebSphere.Migrated IBM WebSphere Application Server from 6/7 to 8.0/8.5LTPA and LDAP for Admin Console and application components on AIX.Used WebSphere Admin Console and wasadmin/JACL scripting to install enterprise EAR, WAR files or for hot deployment.Worked with iPlanet and Apache-Tomcat web servers\xe2\x80\x99 administration.Involved in installing the fix patched for WebSphere Application Server, Webserver.Troubleshooting errors both Applications & JVM also analyses heap/core plus error logs-configured tuned JVM for optimum performance.Involved providing support to wide variety of applications in a diverse setup which included WAS 8.0/7.0/6.1 & Documented on AIX & Windows platform.Implemented clustering and worked on analyzing the scalability of applications with the help of tools like IBM Tivoli ITCAM and site analyzer.Creating/Configuring the WebSphere connection pools to Oracle9i, IBM Db2 7.0/8.1 Server for the applications.Worked in building, configuring and setting up Testing and Production Environments and tested and supported the project as per the Business Rules and specifications.Installed IBM HTTP Server on different nodes and configured them by generating the plug-in from NDM Administration Console.Updated latest Fixpack Levels.Involved in setting up JVM tuning parameters after extensive R&D on trial & hit basis-specifically parameters to enable inter core-group communication (for affective WLM) such as (cluster preload, xgcthered), garbage collection.Involved in Creating and Managing the Nodes, Application Server\xe2\x80\x99s, Cluster\xe2\x80\x99s and Deployed Multiple J2EE ApplicationsDeployment of J2EE Applications involved in Creating Cluster\xe2\x80\x99s for Load Balancing and Failover, Configuring Resources like JDBC Provider, Creating Virtual Hosts, Shared Libraries, JNDI Configurations, EJB References, Creating Environment Variables, and Configuring Session Management.Involved in Creating Shell Scripts like Automation of Startup and Shutdown ProcessesInteracted and Co-ordinate with different Application Groups for Hot Deployment and Dynamic Reloading of the Applications.Education:
