Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of IT services. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols. Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions. Ensure system security by managing firewalls, antivirus software, and patches. Collaborate with IT teams to support business applications and infrastructure. Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs). Proficiency in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
