Job Description
Experience administration and maintaining Windows Servers Administration of VMs like rebooting them, Resource allocation, knowledge on architecture. Intermediate knowledge of Veeam Backup and Azure/AWS Backup Solution Intermediate knowledge on Nimble Storage Solution Intermediate knowledge of troubleshooting common remote solutions such as RDP and Azure Windows Virtual Desktops Troubleshooting knowledge on Windows OS related to hardware issues Troubleshooting knowledge on Remote Desktop Services Working knowledge on Azure Active Directory / AD Connect, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Knowledge on Scripting (PowerShell) Ability to troubleshoot and fix Office365 issues. Creating SOPs on the ongoing and new technology solutions wherever possible Providing On-Call support Performing other assigned duties like daily health checks , generating reports etc.,
