• Participate in 24x7 shifts.
• Monitor the stability of our products with various internal tools.
• Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such Web-Email Hosting (cPanel & Plesk Control Panels), Domain Name Registrations, etc.
• Provide prompt support via tickets, live chat or on Call.
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their plans and services.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
### Requirements

• Bachelors in BSc IT, Computer Science, Engineer.
• Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably with experience in web hosting, domain registration, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear and effective interaction with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
