Job Description

Responsible for Setup, maintenance, configuration, monitoring and reliable operation of

computer systems, LAN, network servers, Access Point, VPN, Endpoint Security, firewall and

virtualization

• Monitoring LAN, Servers, Firewall and ISP for minimum downtime and security risks
• Employing the latest security protocols
• Experience in Visual Studio, SQL Server and IIS Installation and Configuration.
• Experience in Windows, Active Directory Server, GPO, Ubuntu
• Experience in Asset Management.
• Experience in Google Workspace and Office365
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, document the issues and resolutions, and

assessing the impact. Take mitigations and contingency steps

• Manage regular backup operations and implement best practices for data protection,

disaster recovery, and failover procedures

• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications,

workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited

disruptions

• Responsible for replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the network and security.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Knowledge in Network, System and Security monitoring tools
• Knowledge in ISO 27001 Compliance, Audit Leadership & IT Security
• Experience in Devops and Cloud Platform
• Document the processes that employees need to follow
• Working in an ISO 27001-certified company is an added advantage
