Founded in 2018 in Bangalore, the center of India\'s high-tech industry, Attain has grown to serve a global client base of SME and startups. We focus on creating dynamic teams that effectively execute and seamlessly integrate into our clients\' companies. Attain is looking for a System Admin to assist in troubleshooting and solving a wide variety of IT and security issues for our US based cleint. In order to work effectively with our US based teams and have a good overlap, we require our prospective teammates to be comfortable working from 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST allowing for appropriate breaks.


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll have an opportunity to do:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Assist in troubleshooting and solving a wide variety of IT and security issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address gaps in security controls or solutions and ensure company systems meet all security configuration requirements
  • Provide primary support for Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, Defender and other cloud-based systems.
      • Maintain industry and security standard best practices.
      • Manage/monitor applicable policies and configurations
      • Proactively address issues as they arise
  • Maintain and administer security tools used to identify/deter risks and threats to company systems including:
      • SIEM
      • Vulnerability Scanning
      • Email Security
      • SAST/DAST Tools
      • Cloud Security Tools
  • Provide second and third level technical support; Interact with the end users to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.


Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Self-starter able to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must possess a strong team work ethic, with the ability to work with personnel at all levels in all departments
  • Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products/services (i.e., Azure AD, Intune, O365, etc.)
  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot technical issues to find root cause and provide technical support
  • Highly organized work habits with outstanding attention to detail
  • An affinity for documentation and process
