Hiring System Admin - CCNALocation: Infopark Campus, kakkanadSalary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthQualification: Bachelors degree in ITCertification: CCNA certificationExperience: Freshers (2023 & 2024 graduates)
- Prioritize, diagnose and resolve computer problems and user requests on time
- Assist staff with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, network and server equipment.
- software packages; including operating systems, desktop software and custom applications
- Phones, Audio/Visual equipment, and Microsoft Teams clients
- Provide support for networking and application issues; escalate complex and unresolved problems to the top-level support team.
- Record, track and maintain IT asset inventory in the asset management system
- Collect equipment from departing employees and add it to the tracking database.
- Provide training to users related to desktop products
- Liaise with external service and support technicians, as and when needed
- A bachelor's degree is required with 0-2 years of work experience in IT support. IT certifications like CCNA will be an added advantage.
