Key Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade, and configure Windows and Ubuntu operating systems and applications.
Utilize basic Linux commands for system management and troubleshooting.
Monitor and manage system performance and security on Linux/windows platforms.
Ensure system integrity through regular updates and security patches.
Provide technical support for both Linux and Windows environments, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Respond to user queries and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
Assist in setting up and managing network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
Assist in the backup, restoration, and recovery of data and systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, network setups, and user requests
.Document processes and procedures for system administration tasks.
Learning and Development:
Continuously update knowledge on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills
Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
Hands-on experience with Windows system installation, configuration, and upgrades.
Basic understanding of network management and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
