We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to help execute impactful marketing strategies. You will work on campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with brand goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our startup's growth and visibility.What you will do:1. Assist in creating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.2. Plan and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement through push notifications, emails, and WhatsApp messages.3. Support content creation efforts, including writing captions, producing reels, and curating engaging social media content.4. Develop, manage, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and output across marketing initiatives.5. Collaborate with the team to ensure customer-facing communication across all channels media, digital platforms, and notifications aligns with brand guidelines.6.
