Job Summary:

The Swimming Pool Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and sanitary operation of a swimming pool facility. This includes managing the water quality, maintaining pool equipment, and ensuring the safety of patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Water Quality Management:

- Test and balance the water chemistry (chlorine levels, pH, alkalinity).

- Ensure the pool water meets health and safety standards.

- Maintain records of water testing and treatments.

2. Equipment Maintenance:

- Inspect and maintain pool filtration systems, pumps, and heating systems.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment.

- Monitor and troubleshoot pool system issues.

3. Facility Maintenance:

- Clean and sanitize pool areas, including decks, changing rooms, and showers.

- Ensure the pool and surrounding areas are safe and free of hazards.

- Maintain inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and equipment.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all patrons.

- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

5. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service to pool patrons.

- Address any concerns or complaints from pool users.

- Assist with organizing and overseeing pool activities and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
