Swimming Instruction and Training

Job Summary:
The Swimming Pool Trainer will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction and training to guests at Vimala Regency's pool facility. This role includes conducting group classes, offering private training sessions, and ensuring pool safety and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have excellent swimming skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong understanding of pool safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for guests of all ages and skill levels, adjusting teaching methods to fit individual needs.
• Offer personalized training sessions, focusing on technique, stamina, and safety for private clients.

Pool Safety and Supervision

• Monitor pool area to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests.
• Administer first aid or CPR if required and handle emergencies with a calm, professional demeanor.

Facility Maintenance

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the pool area, including ensuring proper chemical balance and water quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and report maintenance needs to management.

Guest Relations and Service

• Greet guests warmly, assess their swimming levels, and provide feedback on their progress.
• Handle guest inquiries, offer advice on swimming techniques, and promote private training sessions.

Reporting and Administration

• Track attendance and maintain records for group and private training sessions.
• Provide feedback to the Operations Manager regarding pool usage, guest feedback, and any operational concerns.

Qualifications:

• Certification in swimming instruction, lifeguarding, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 -5 years of experience as a swimming instructor or pool trainer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of pool safety standards, CPR, and first aid certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
