Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
• Provide personalized training and feedback to improve participants' techniques, stamina, and overall performance.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and monitoring activities during training sessions.
• Develop customized training schedules, goals, and progress tracking for competitive swimmers.
• Demonstrate and teach proper swimming techniques, stroke mechanics, and breathing coordination.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide reports on swimmer progress and areas for improvement.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the swimming pool area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Motivate and inspire swimmers to develop confidence and a lifelong love for swimming.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor with a strong track record of success.
• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training methodologies, and aquatic safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with swimmers of all ages.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and encourage swimmers to achieve their goals.
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques to cater to individual needs and skill levels.
• FINA/ASCA certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
