We are a leading sports and wellness facility dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness and skill development. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Female Swimming Coach to join our team and inspire swimmers to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups across various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
• Develop personalized training plans and provide constructive feedback to improve technique, endurance, and overall performance.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment by strictly adhering to pool safety guidelines and monitoring activities.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, including stroke mechanics, breathing, and water safety skills.
• Evaluate swimmers' progress regularly and adapt training methods to meet their individual needs.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to build swimmers' confidence and love for the sport.
• Maintain the pool area's cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor.
• Certified in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training strategies, and water safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse age groups.
• Passionate, patient, and motivated to help individuals achieve their swimming goals.
• Certifications in coaching or competitive swimming is a plus.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Calicut before the start of employment.
• Flexibility to work with varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
