: International Banking Operations Specialist We are in search of an individual with a deep understanding of the international banking sector to undertake a variety of operational tasks, ranging from moderately complex to complex processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process from receiving work to resolution and closure. This role involves collaborating with internal and external resources, resolving intricate customer issues, and preparing specialized documents. The individual will work under general supervision, adhering to established procedures, and exercising judgment within guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of operational tasks for moderately complex processes

• Assess incoming work and collaborate with internal and external resources

• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple resources and records

• Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized and/or complex documents
