Position: Sweet Counter Boy
Location: Sindhi Sweets, Chandigarh

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers with a polite and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in selecting sweets and answer any queries about the products.
• Handling Sweets:
• Display and arrange sweets in an attractive manner at the counter.
• Pack sweets as per customer orders with precision and care.
• Cash Handling:
• Process billing and handle cash or digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper records of sales and transactions.
• Stock Management:
• Check inventory levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Ensure the counter is always stocked and well-maintained.
• Hygiene Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
• Follow company policies regarding food safety and sanitation.
• Teamwork:
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of sweet varieties and customer handling.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, or English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
