As a member of the PLPM team, you will provide tactical support and business process execution in collaboration with a cross-functional project team.Key AccountabilitiesWHAT YOULL BE DOING:As a PLPM SWAT Planner, you will excel in efficient and effective project execution by:

• Partner with NAR Supply Chain teams to support product reformulations, introduction of seasonal items, new product launches, product lifecycle changes, packaging updates, and discontinuances.
• Support Bill of Material set up and changes in SAP
• Support for raw material write off budget, raw material waste mitigation
• Responsible for using standard processes & tools
• Accountable for scheduling and leading Connections with cross-functional supply chain partners

• Builds effective relationships with NAR Supply Chain partners
• Presents information effectively in a variety of settings
• Identifies and presents options, trade-offs, and recommendations to mitigate risks
• Possesses strong follow up and organizational skills

• Bachelors /Masters degree
• Proficient in Microsoft office suit
• Basic proficiency and having worked in / SAP /OMP
• Basic understanding of Project Management
• Strong desire to learn and embrace a learning mindset
• Critical thinking/reasoning/problem solving
• Willingness to embrace change and operate in grey space
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to break down tasks and be creative in finding solutions
• Self-starter who can work independently
