Job Summary :As a key Account Manager , you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving individual sales targets through outbound and inbound strategies. This role requires a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in outbound sales. Our mission is we aim to achieve our vision through our tech-first approach, we have built a platform where you can curate a gift pack of your choice and we\'ll take care of the rest - from design assistance to last-mile delivery across India and International markets and we\'re committed to creating a workplace where your ideas and aspirations can thrive.Your Key Responsibilities :- Gain comprehensive knowledge of clients.- Clearly communicate the benefits of self-service solutions to business users.- Track and manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel.- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the sales pipeline.- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.- Match customer business goals with appropriate self-service solutions.- Demonstrate how these solutions deliver tangible value to the customer.- Evaluate potential risks and opportunities.- Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic planning.- Create detailed account and customer opportunity plans.- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.- Coordinate Resources for Pre-sales and Post-sales Activities:- Ensure all pre-sales, installation, and service activities are completed on time.- Maintain superior quality in all customer interactions and follow-ups.- Maintain a High Degree of Customer Orientation:- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.- Own and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal systems for effective problem-solving.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree with 2+ years\' of relevant work experience OR fresher with Post Graduation Program/MBA Degree.- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Female Candidates will be preferred for this role.
