You can put your employee gifting on auto-pilot with us and send gifts that they would love to keep.Our mission is we aim to achieve our vision through our tech-first approach, we have built a platform where you can curate a gift pack of your choice and we\'ll take care of the rest - from design assistance to last-mile delivery across India and International markets.and we\'re committed to creating a workplace where your ideas and aspirations can thrive.Key Responsibilities :SEO Strategy Implementation :- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.- Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, and descriptions.- Ensure on-page and off-page SEO best practices are followed.Performance Analysis:-Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.-Generate monthly reports on SEO performance and provide insights for improvement.-Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.Content Strategy:-Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied in content creation.-Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Technical SEO:- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues affecting search engine crawlability and indexation.- Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly Competitive Analysis:- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improving search rankings.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best Collaboration:- Work with various departments (marketing, development, and design) to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.- Communicate SEO strategies and goals to stakeholders and team members.practices.implemented on newly developed code.Training and Development:- Stay informed about the latest developments and news in SEO.- Provide training and mentorship to junior SEO staff.What We\'re Looking For-- 3-5 years of experience in SEO or related fields.- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work within a team and independently.- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Google Analytics certification.- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. - Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.Additional Information:- This is a full-time position & Onsite based in Gurgaon.- Travel may be required occasionally for industry events etc.Why Join Us:Here, you won\'t just be an employee; you\'ll be part of a family that encourages learning, growth, and innovation.
