[ n Your Job The SW Project Manager is responsible for software deliverables for the products developed under the business unit. Understanding the Project requirements, planning, execution, monitoring and tracking of the software development aligned with the quality process. xa0 xb7xa0 Manage the project through the complete software development cycle xb7xa0 Perform the planning of software project priorities, timelines and deliverables based on requirements, schedule, resources and overall project priorities xb7xa0 Discuss requirements and defects with the customer xb7xa0 Perform error management tasks to bring the product to market-readiness xb7xa0 Support the testing and certification teams xb7xa0 Regularly report the status of the software project to the overall program management. Very actively highlight potential problems and risks to ensure a timely mitigation xb7xa0 Maintain the system overview to ensure a seamless development and integration of all the software components also in cooperation with our suppliers. xb7xa0 Analyze and evaluate stakeholder/system requirements in RFQ and project phase considering relevant standards in the automotive environment xb7xa0 Work together with different teams (hardware, system, software and management teams) and the customer Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) xb7xa0 Bachelors or masteru2019s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent xb7xa0 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software project management with adherence to processes followed in Automotive industry xb7 xa0 Bachelors or masteru2019s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent xb7xa0 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and management of software projects for embedded systems, preferably in the automotive industry xb7xa0 Very good leadership skills in an intercultural environment xb7xa0 Good understanding of embedded systems development xb7xa0 Knowledge of formal process and software quality standards such as SPICE, CMMI, ISO16949 xb7xa0 Deep knowledge of software and systems development models and strategies such as the \'V-Model\', Agile Software development, Scrum xb7xa0 Critical thinking and problem solving skills xb7xa0 Stress tolerance xb7xa0 Fluent in English What Will Put You Ahead xb7xa0 Experience with Polarion or any other Project Management tool xb7xa0 PMP or equivalent certifications xb7xa0 Fundamentals in automotive SPICE (SWE1-4) and ISO26262 xb7xa0 Experience in software architecture and design xb7xa0 C/C++ knowledge xb7xa0 Knowledge inxa0Qi technology of the WPC, inductive systems and proximity detection xb7xa0 Know How of electronics and reliable handling of schematics, oscilloscope and multimeter xb7xa0 Basic German language skills At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
