Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Designing, developing, and delivering complex applications using Java, specifically Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.Efficient use of GenAI Tools for product development and process optimization.Proficiency in using required development tools such as IntelliJ, SQL Developer, JUnit, Mockito, etc.Active participation in Scrum/Agile development processes.Creating detailed documentation for low-level design and solution approach.Ensuring unit test coverage, security, and performance compliance during development.Independently managing the overall development life cycle of software solutions.Delivering products with complex technical interdependencies, in collaboration with cross-geographical teams.Making active contributions to technical design and solutions discussions/reviews.Collaborating effectively with remote teams to ensure alignment in product developmentThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications
2 or more years of work experience
Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
In-depth experience in Java development, especially with Spring and Spring Boot.
Familiarity with GenAI Tools.
Proficiency in using IntelliJ, SQL Developer, JUnit, Mockito, etc.
Experience in Scrum/Agile processes.
Excellent documentation skills.
Ability to ensure unit test coverage and manage security/performance compliance.
Ability to manage the software development life cycle independently.
Experience in working with cross-geographical teams.
