Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate

Sustainable Fashion Intern

with a background in fashion and sustainability studies to support our initiatives towards eco-friendly practices. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable sourcing, material research, and impact assessment within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in researching sustainable materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes. Support in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for our fashion products. Conduct lifecycle assessments and impact analysis of materials and processes. Collaborate with vendors to ensure sustainable sourcing and ethical practices. Prepare reports on sustainability metrics and initiatives. Assist in auditing the supply chain for compliance with sustainability standards. Research emerging trends in sustainable fashion and propose innovative ideas. Participate in awareness campaigns and internal sustainability workshops. Document processes and maintain sustainability records for certifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and concepts (e.g., circular fashion, eco-friendly fabrics, ethical sourcing). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for sustainability and environmental impact reduction. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Internship Duration:

3 to 6 months (extension based on performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
