Do you have a passion for creating sustainable solutions and driving positive change? The Srusti Centre for Sustainable Development is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team!

Position : Sustainability Officer
Location : Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement sustainability programs and projects to drive positive environmental change.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to advance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives effectively.

Conduct in-depth research and awareness campaigns that align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to educate and engage communities.

Manage and curate content across social media platforms for the Centre, enhancing visibility and outreach.

Foster strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, and government bodies to leverage resources and amplify impact.

Develop and deliver capacity-building workshops for students and community members, fostering knowledge and skills in sustainability practices.

We're Looking For:

• Passionate individuals committed to sustainability and making a positive impact.
• Strong research and project management skills.
• Prior experience in sustainability or ESG initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
• A proactive, collaborative mind-set and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Work, or related fields
• Familiarity with SDGs, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting
