• Designation: Sustainability Manager
• Purpose: Drive Sustainability measures for Siemens Energy business of Siemens Limited
• Base location: Gurugram (must be ready to travel)

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in any stream
• MBA preferred | Post graduate certificate in Environment / Sustainability / ESG preferred.

• 8 to 10 years of Industry experience
• 3 to 5 years of Sustainability / ESG practice
• You are ready to explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a business enabler.
• You possess positive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.
• Excellent MS Office (excel & power point) skills.
• Good Communications Skills

• Self-driven and motivated, capacity to learn on-the-go, high collaboration and communication skills, team player, result oriented, critical and strategic thinking.

Roles and responsibilities

• Drive sustainability topics within the Siemens Energy business for Siemens Limited
• Prepare and publish Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR); liaise with assurance partner for BRSR.
• Facilitate implementation of the Sustainability and Siemens DEGREE framework in the business
• Monitor Sustainability KPIs
• Guide related teams across business and functions on Sustainability.
• Facilitate ESG Risk Framework adoption in the business.
• Undertake management reporting on Sustainability.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Department / team of related entities.
• Engage with external and internal stakeholders to meet the requirements of Sustainability and DEGREE
• Facilitate internal and external communication around Sustainability.
