Rhythm Conpro: Be the Eyes on the Site - Surveyor

Rhythm Conpro, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for gathering precise field measurements, and ensuring project plans translate seamlessly to reality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site surveys using advanced surveying equipment (total stations, lasers, etc.) to collect accurate measurements and data.
• Analyze project blueprints and specifications to understand site layout, features, and potential challenges.
• Prepare detailed site plans, topographical maps, and cross-sections for use by project teams.
• Identify and document any discrepancies between the plans and the existing site conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project alignment with plans.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
• Document surveying activities through clear and concise reports and field notes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain a variety of surveying equipment.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of construction terminology and practices.
• Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
