Experience using a survey platform.Strong technical skills in one or more survey platforms.

Web Development skills (JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML).

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willingness to learn new survey platforms.

Ability to train and share knowledge with team members.Server-side programming skills are a plus.

Shift Timings

- 9AM to 6PM.

Responsibilities:

Program online questionnaires based on brief, including survey scripting, quotas, translations, and reporting. Work with Project Managers to ensure projects meet needs, on time, and to high quality standards Suggest improvements to survey design, flow, and solutions to challenges. Deliver high-quality work, ensuring it's tested and checked. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Work well with the team and assist others when needed. Train and support junior team members.
