A Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of a specific area or facility by observing video feeds and other surveillance systems. They play a crucial role in identifying and responding to potential security threats, incidents, or unusual activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Surveillance Systems:
• Continuously observe live and recorded video feeds from CCTV cameras and other security systems.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
• Incident Detection and Reporting:
• Identify suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or other security breaches.
• Document and report any incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities.

• Coordinate with Security Teams:

• Assist in coordinating responses to emergencies or security breaches.
• Review Recorded Footage:

• Prepare detailed reports based on video analysis.
