: Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate Surveillance Manager to join our client 5* Luxury Casino in Goa. - Oversee all surveillance operations to ensure the safety and security of the casino premises. - Develop and implement surveillance policies and procedures to detect and prevent potential security threats. - Manage a team of surveillance professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. - Monitor surveillance equipment to ensure proper functionality and effectiveness. - Conduct investigations into suspicious activities or incidents within the casino. - Liaise with other departments, such as security, gaming, and law enforcement, to coordinate response activities. - Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities and incidents. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience in surveillance operations, preferably in a casino setting. - Knowledge of surveillance equipment and software systems. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Understanding of casino gaming regulations and security protocols.
