Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Surveillance Systems:

Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to detect unusual activities.

Ensure Security Compliance:

Oversee adherence to security policies and procedures, ensuring strict protocols are followed.

Incident Reporting:

Identify and document suspicious behavior, security breaches, or theft attempts, providing detailed reports to management.

Loss Prevention:

Work closely with security personnel and store staff to prevent internal and external theft or fraud.

Emergency Response:

Act swiftly in case of security threats, unauthorized access, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.

Footage Review & Analysis:

Retrieve and analyze recorded footage for investigations or audits as needed.

Regular System Checks:

Ensure CCTV and security systems are functioning optimally and report any malfunctions.

Collaboration:

Work with security teams, management, and law enforcement agencies when required to maintain a high-security environment.
