With TE's 30+ years of experience in the ICT connectivity segment, we offer a broad portfolio of over 14K products which make us the world leaders in tough and rugged solutions (FY22 data).ROLE OBJECTIVEThe person will be responsible for developing applications and delivering solutions for users using Microsoft's PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations,RPA,UiPath.
Building and managing smarter reporting solutions using existing tools for better-managing business processes and analytics to streamline the data consumption of end users.Responsibilities:

• Should be familiar in understanding client requirements, conducting system analysis, designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions as per system requirement specification.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Strong experience in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and UI Path
• Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
• Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.

Candidate Desired Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Planning and development of Power platform solutions, troubleshooting any related issues
• Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
• Should be able to configure custom connectors in Power Platform
• Strong problem-solving capabilities. Results-oriented. Relies on fact-based logic for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet a critical deadline
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment
• Background in new product development, engineering, and/or manufacturing a plus
