Learn more at Roles & Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES . Should have good knowledge in Progressive Tools, Compound Tools, Jigs & Fixtures. . Trouble shooting of high-speed stamping tool. . Ability to solve problems strategically in competitive situations. . Responsible for executing machining sequence of tool element. . coordinate the manufacturing stages of press tools, jigs & fixtures. . Able to Adopt Rigorous approach towards reducing rejection level and breakdown in tools. . Preparing & updating QMS documents. . Must participate in continuous improvement projects. . Can be able to independently trouble shoot and assemble . Ensure EHS compliances are met. . Knowledge of reading drawing, Product Specification, instrument handling & Measurement . Must have hands on experience in grinding . Carrying out periodic maintenance and breakdown of tools . Attending troubleshooting and new tool trials EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE . NTTF (Tool & Die making)/ Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering . Knowledge about various Stamping tool (high speed Progressive tool preferred). . English language 50% CRITICAL EXPERIENCE . 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry related to tool Maintenance . Experience in high-speed stamping and troubleshooting of progressive Tool . Knowledge of geometric tolerances . Understanding the practices, terminology and tolerances associated with manufacturing, machining, grinding, wire EDM etc. .
