Required Skill sets :1. Strong track record of selling high ticket value IT/Telecom solutions.2. Understands buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector.3. Manages relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts4. Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition5. Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.6. Strong account management and business acumen7. Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis8. Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.Key Responsibilities :1. Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting them to satisfied customer.2.Revenue Generation from New Account and direct sales and marketing of IT services.3. Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo/Vertical.4. Will be responsible for managing govt. accounts.5. Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities/prospects.6. Demonstrated excellence in giving presentation and arranging demonstration of the services in different government sectors, influencing the specification of the services and making the company strong even if tender comes out.7. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.8. Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in government segment.9. Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.Candidate Must Have :1. The ability to coordinate with OEM and customer to position various products/solutions.2 .Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt.3.
