Minimum Qualification: Engineers or Science Graduates
Experience: 1+ years or freshers as well in customer service, call center, or emergency response preferred.
Shift Structure: 3 shifts of 8 hours each, with one reliever
Responsibilities:
Respond to all safety violations/alerts on real-time basis.
Communicate safety guidelines
Shall attend to all safety violations/alerts and ensure that the violations are stopped.
Follow emergency response procedures when required and provide prompt assistance to drivers in critical situations.
Skills Required for All Positions
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred for effective customer interaction.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and explain IOCL product details and safety measures.
Emergency Management: Capacity to respond calmly and efficiently during critical situations.
Basic Computer Proficiency: Skills in data entry and report generation for documentation purposes.
