To support that effort, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Support Specialist. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for IAM product stack lifecycle including user access requests and approvals, provision/deprovision user access, access certification and governance of NIQ IAM solutions and its associated processes. They will create, maintain, and review relevant documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and user guides. This role will include communication with internal customers to clarify requests, report status, and updates. The ideal candidate will bring their external knowledge to help improve our current processes.Responsibilities
