Job Description
SALES :-
• Need good communication
• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Securities, stock market, Mutual fund, should be good in calculation.
• Rotational week off, Shift timing 9.30 - 630
CUSTOMER SERVICE (INBOUND):
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to handle stock market-related queries and grievances along with exchange cases.
• Should be able to handle Email desk, voice mail, phone calls, Whats app and Chabot
• Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn.
• Customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentation.
• Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Pay: ?11,948.78 - ?27,000.00 per month
