Job Description

:

• Ensure Timely compliance of all statutes applicable to the organization & submission of reports. Monitoring of legal cases pending at various courts for their speedy disposal. Monitor timely permission & inspection of Boilers under IBR 1950. Monitor & conduct domestic enquiries.
• Monitoring & Ensure timely payment of wages and other statutory due to contract labours.
• Ensure through out supervisor, implementation and uninterrupted working , support to contractors in case of any query /difficulties.
• General administration of contract cell functioning.
• Internal: All Departments All contractors and their labour: Regular Nature: Attendance & payroll.
• External: State, Central & Local Govt. Authorities, Labour Court, District Court Directorate of Boilers Directorate of Factories Directorate ,Electrical Safety Chief Controller of Explosives Central & State Pollution Control Boards Frequency: As & when Required. Nature: Liaison & Compliance
