Responsibilities:
Proactively follow-up with colleagues where claims are in ageing & ensure that all payments would be made on time without any penalty fees.
Should be aware of all T&E Policies (CEG policies, addendum & AEMP26)
Ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area, he/she is going to handle and must be controls & quality conscious.
Required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
Interact with various work groups, viz. Compliance, Controllership, Taxation & Accounting and collaborate with them to identify specific areas of focus and highlight any issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure points, and works towards resolving them.
Ensure active participation in Controllership calls and other ad-hoc data requests
Should maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications
Eye for detail & proactive follow up
Knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Excel & PPT is must.
Strong communication, collaboration, and good interpersonal skills
Email handling in MS outlook
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/activities
Ability to develop innovative solutions and provide valuable insights
Must have a basic understanding of \xe2\x80\x9cCorporate Card Life Cycle Management\xe2\x80\x9d.
Basic knowledge and experience of \xe2\x80\x9cTableau Dashboard\xe2\x80\x9d & \xe2\x80\x9cData Work Analysis\xe2\x80\x9d is a plus.
Should have experience on working on reports and large data sets
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Must have strong analytical skills, maturity, good judgment, positive/independent/ structured approach
Should be able to operate in a Global environment
Basic Understanding of the \xe2\x80\x9cExpense Reimbursement Policy\xe2\x80\x9d

Education & Qualification
Graduate with minimum 4 years of overall experience
Minimum 18 months in the current role
