• Mentoring & coaching team members
• Coordination with the Customer and other stakeholders
• Close coordination with the different teams for cross utilization of competence, processes and tools
• Be able to implement best practices in team
• Responsible for Managing the service/support delivery in good quality, well within the Margin
• Provides innovative solutions to delivery challenges
• Consulted by and gives support to other support delivery managers
• Proactively markets Quorum towards customers.
• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• 7-12 years of experience in IT Industry with Net and SQL/PLSQL experience .
• 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing a team
• Worked with global stakeholders
• Good knowledge of ITIL
• Preferred Oil and Gas Domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of Energy Components is an added advantage
• Good presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent Team Player
• Have Good attitude to work in cross functional teams
• Able to work with multiple cultures/countries
• Should strive for improvements in the service delivery
