Customer service inquiries:



Answering questions about returns, exchanges, refunds, and payment methods.

Complaint resolution:



Investigating and addressing customer complaints regarding damaged items, incorrect orders, or delivery issues.

Technical support:



Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to the online shopping platform.

Customer relationship building:



Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to build positive relationships.

Escalation management:



Identifying complex issues and escalating them to relevant departments for further resolution.

Required skills:
