Position Overview: ShyftLabs is looking for a Support Engineer/Associate who has hands on experience with SIEBEL technologies and a track record of problem solving. This role will manage and resolve service requests of various priority and complexity and provide QA for production changes and releases. Job Responsibilities: Hands on experience on the Siebel technologies on the configuration, EIM, scripting, workflows, UNIX shell scripting, and Oracle RDBMS. Handling data fixes using Siebel EIM Knowledge and experience in developing, troubleshooting SOAP and REST API\'s Manage and resolve Service Requests, reporting requests. Monitor application performance, webservice performance, scheduled jobs and report to the technical support team lead(s). Provide QA for production change and support performing Code Release activities, and other change events Contribute to process improvement initiatives and work towards achieving best practice Define, develop, and maintain production support documentation in our knowledge base Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience handling various service requests 2+ years of production QA Siebel configuration, workflows, e-scripts Siebel EAI, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML Siebel EIM * Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL UNIX shell scripting, UNIX basics, java script.
