Company Name- AIUT Technologies LLPWebsite-Job Type: PermanentJob Role: Support Engineer (Smart Metering/Automation/IT Projects)Experience Level: min 1 yearsLocation: Rabale, Navi MumbaiWork Mode: Work from officeResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Projects\xc2\xb7Provide Online and Offline Support to Team and Client using Internal Softwares\xc2\xb7Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\xc2\xb7Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques\xc2\xb7Report and escalate to management as needed\xc2\xb7Manage the relationship with the client\xc2\xb7Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\xc2\xb7Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation\xc2\xb7Meet with clients in case of any query\xc2\xb7Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members\xc2\xb7Use and continually develop leadership skills\xc2\xb7Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency\xc2\xb7Perform other related duties as assigned\xc2\xb7Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsRequirements:

• Proven working experience in Support

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
