Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Need a full stack .net developer to work as an L2 resource in Azure Cloud infrastructure and provide technical support in applications and resolving issues
\xe2\x80\x93 Understanding and ability to do an analysis of Application Insights in Azure and system log to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate and long-term fixes.
\xe2\x80\x93 4 to 5 years of experience as a production support eng for the dot net application in C#, SQL server, MVC, web API, Azure Cloud, Nhiberenet, PHP, WordPress, My SQL, Application Insights
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have a strong command of SQL script writing and SQL server profiling.
\xe2\x80\x93 Troubleshoot performance issues in the .net application and SQL server
\xe2\x80\x93 Should have very strong .net application debugging and troubleshooting skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Possess a good understanding of .net web-based technologies
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborative, team-focused with working experience in a 17/5 uptime environment
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

\xe2\x80\x93 Azure Cloud services and infrastructure and administration.
\xe2\x80\x93 Providing technical support and resolving issues.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should be able to write PowerShell Script.

Job Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Identify and understand the issue
\xe2\x80\x93 Check Application Insights, and system logs to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate and long-term fixes in code.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide a SQL script if required for an immediate fix.
\xe2\x80\x93 Check issues and coordination with other teams if required any support from other teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Communicate with Customers, peers, managers, and cloud team regarding system issues & participate in 17\xc3\x975 on-call.
\xe2\x80\x93 Work independently to be able to communicate effectively with users, and development & support teams during downtimes and when there are questions or issues to be addressed.
\xe2\x80\x93 Follow the established set of processes while handling issues and for proper escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks \xe2\x80\x93 incidents, problem tickets, etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of ticketing tool (Azure DevOps)
